1. من نحن
رابتو تطبيق تشغّله مؤسسة اوساط نجد للمقاولات العامة، سجل تجاري 1010852407، والرقم الوطني الموحد 7033034401، وهي المتحكم بالبيانات لأغراض هذه السياسة. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية أو الدعم: support@rabto.store.
2. نطاق هذه السياسة
تخص هذه السياسة إصدار Android 1.0.0 (115) بوضع offline-device-qa. هذا الإصدار مخصص لاختبار تجربة الجهاز ببيانات عرض تركيبية، ولا ينشئ حساب رابتو خادميًا ولا يفعّل خدمات رابتو المتصلة.
3. البيانات التي يعالجها الإصدار الحالي
- بيانات محلية على الجهاز: قد تشمل اللغة، وإقرار أهلية الضيف المرتبط بنسخة السياسة، ومسودات الطلبات التجريبية مثل الخدمة والموعد والملاحظات ونصوص المدينة أو العنوان التي تدخلها، وبيانات الإعداد والمشاريع والأسطول التجريبية التي يختار المختبر إدخالها، مثل الاسم أو اسم المنشأة وبيانات التواصل والمدينة والسجل التجاري وحجم الأسطول وبيانات المركبات والسائقين والتشغيل. تُحفظ هذه القيم على الجهاز ولا تُرسل إلى خوادم رابتو. استخدم بيانات تركيبية فقط في هذه النسخة. يمنع Build 115 نسخ بيانات التطبيق احتياطيًا أو نقلها إلى جهاز آخر من خلال إعدادات Android الخاصة بالتطبيق؛ ولا يعني ذلك حذف أي نسخة تاريخية ربما أنشأها نظام التشغيل لإصدار أقدم.
- الموقع الاختياري: إذا اخترت «استخدام موقعي»، يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع أثناء الاستخدام لقراءة أمامية واحدة. يعرض المسار المراجع نجاح القراءة ودقتها فقط، ويتخلص من الإحداثي قبل إدخاله في مسودة الطلب؛ ولا يحفظه أو يرفعه أو يتتبعه في الخلفية. أما نص المدينة أو العنوان الذي تدخله يدويًا فقد يبقى ضمن المسودة المحلية.
- التواصل الذي تبدأه بنفسك: إذا راسلت بريد الدعم، نعالج عنوان بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك للرد على طلبك وحماية المراسلات وتوثيق حلها. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق أو وثيقة هوية إلا إذا وُجد لاحقًا طلب نظامي محدد ومبرر.
4. ما لا يفعله Build 115
لا يهيّئ هذا الإصدار اتصالًا تشغيليًا بـSupabase أو Firebase/FCM أو OTP الحي أو الخرائط أو المدفوعات أو الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولا ينشر طلبات أو قوائم سوق أو رسائل أو مزايدات، ولا يجمع بيانات بطاقات، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يستخدم تتبعًا خلفيًا. لذلك لا يرسل Build 115 بيانات المستخدم من داخل التطبيق إلى خوادم رابتو أو مزودي الخدمات أو المعلنين أو شركاء التحليلات.
5. المشاركة والنقل
لا يشارك Build 115 بيانات مستخدم من داخل التطبيق مع مزودي رابتو أو معلنين أو شركاء تحليلات. قد تعالج Google Play ونظام التشغيل بياناتهما الخاصة عند تنزيل التطبيق أو استخدام الجهاز وفق سياساتهما المستقلة؛ لا تصل رابتو إلى تلك البيانات من خلال Build 115.
6. الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى القيم والسجلات المحلية حتى تمسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز أو تزيل التطبيق، وقد تتغير أو تُمسح عند إعادة ضبط حالة الاختبار. يمنع Build 115 النسخ الاحتياطي ونقل الجهاز لبيانات التطبيق الجديدة، لكنه لا يثبت حذف نسخة احتياطية تاريخية ربما أنشأها نظام التشغيل لإصدار أقدم. قراءة GPS المراجعة لا تُحتفظ بها. مراسلات الدعم تُحفظ للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة الطلب وتوثيق نتيجته، ثم تُحذف ما لم يقتضِ التزام نظامي محدد أو مطالبة قائمة الاحتفاظ بحد أدنى منها لمدة أطول.
7. حقوقك وطلباتك
يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الإتلاف أو الاستفسار عن معالجة مراسلتك عبر support@rabto.store. نتحقق بالحد الأدنى اللازم ونتعامل مع الطلب خلال المدة النظامية المطبقة. نهدف إلى تأكيد الاستلام خلال خمسة أيام عمل؛ وهذا هدف للاستلام وليس وعدًا بإكمال كل طلب خلال خمسة أيام.
8. العمر
رابتو موجه لمن أعمارهم 18 سنة فأكثر. يحتفظ Build 115 بإقرار أهلية محلي فقط، ولا ينشئ ملفًا عمريًا خادميًا.
9. الأمان
يقلل هذا الإصدار المخاطر بإبقاء حالة الاختبار محليًا وعدم تهيئة خدمات متصلة. لا توجد وسيلة آمنة تمامًا؛ حدّث نظام جهازك واحمِ الوصول إليه، وأبلغنا عبر بريد الدعم عن أي مشكلة.
10. الإصدارات المتصلة مستقبلًا
الحسابات الخادمية والسوق والإشعارات وOTP والمدفوعات والخرائط والذكاء الاصطناعي والحذف الخادمي ليست وظائف حية في Build 115. قبل تشغيل أي منها سنحدّث هذه السياسة وإفصاحات المتجر لتحديد البيانات والغرض والمزودين والمشاركة والنقل والاحتفاظ والحذف الفعليين. لا يجوز استخدام هذه السياسة وحدها لوصف إصدار متصل لاحق.
11. التغييرات والتواصل
ننشر التغييرات الجوهرية على هذه الصفحة قبل أن تصبح سارية على إصدار ذي معالجة مختلفة. الأسئلة والشكاوى: support@rabto.store.
RABTO Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
RABTO is operated by Awsat Najd General Contracting, Commercial Registration 1010852407, Unified Number 7033034401, which is the data controller for this policy. Privacy and support contact: support@rabto.store.
2. Scope
This policy applies to Android 1.0.0 (115) in offline-device-qa mode. This release uses synthetic display data to test the on-device experience. It does not create a hosted RABTO account or enable RABTO's connected services.
3. Data processed by the current release
- On-device data: This may include language, a policy-versioned guest eligibility acknowledgement, test-request drafts such as service, schedule, notes, and city or address text you enter, and test setup, project, and fleet records that a tester chooses to enter, such as a name or company name, contact details, city, commercial registration, fleet size, and vehicle, driver, or operational details. These values remain on the device and are not sent to RABTO servers. Use synthetic data only in this release. Build 115 prevents Android app-data backup and device transfer for its app data; this does not mean that an operating system has deleted any historical backup that an earlier build may have created.
- Optional location: If you select “Use my location,” the app requests while-in-use location for one foreground reading. The reviewed path displays only the success and accuracy of that reading and discards the coordinate before it can enter a request draft; it does not store, upload, or track the coordinate in the background. City or address text entered manually may remain in the local draft.
- Contact you initiate: if you email support, we process your email address and message to answer the request, protect the correspondence, and document its resolution. Do not send a password, one-time code, or identity document unless a later specific and justified legal requirement applies.
4. What Build 115 does not do
This release does not configure or establish an operational Supabase or Firebase/FCM connection, live OTP, maps, payments, or AI. It does not publish requests or marketplace listings, send messages or bids, collect card data, show ads, or perform background tracking. Build 115 therefore does not send in-app user data to RABTO servers, service providers, advertisers, or analytics partners.
5. Sharing and transfers
Build 115 does not share in-app user data with RABTO providers, advertisers, or analytics partners. Google Play and the operating system may independently process their own data when the app is downloaded or the device is used under their policies; RABTO does not access that data through Build 115.
6. Retention and deletion
Local values and records remain until you clear the app's data in device settings or uninstall it, and may change or be cleared when test state is reset. Build 115 prevents new app-data backup and device transfer, but this does not prove deletion of a historical operating-system backup that an earlier build may have created. The reviewed GPS reading is not retained. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and document its outcome, then deleted unless a specific legal duty or active claim requires a minimal record for longer.
7. Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, destruction, or information about the handling of your support correspondence at support@rabto.store. We use the minimum verification needed and handle the request within the applicable legal period. We aim to acknowledge receipt within five business days; this is an acknowledgement target, not a promise to complete every request within five days.
8. Age
RABTO is intended for people aged 18 or older. Build 115 keeps only a local eligibility acknowledgement and does not create a hosted age profile.
9. Security
This release reduces risk by keeping test state on the device and not initializing connected services. No method is completely secure; keep your device operating system updated, protect access to it, and report issues through support.
10. Future connected releases
Hosted accounts, marketplace services, push notifications, OTP, payments, maps, AI, and hosted account deletion are not live in Build 115. Before any is enabled, we will update this policy and the store disclosures to identify the actual data, purposes, providers, sharing, transfers, retention, and deletion. This policy must not be used by itself to describe a later connected release.
